Job summary

Interaction Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations across allocated projects. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, ensure works align with the programme, RAMS and drawings, and maintain a safe, productive site environment.

• Experience in site management roles on construction, fit-out or shopfitting projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and construction processes.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• A good understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on allocated projects.
• Ensure activities are planned and carried out to the programme.
• Attend progress meetings and report to Contracts Manager.
• Identify issues affecting safety, programme, quality or costs.
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure RAMS compliance.
