Job summary

EKFB is seeking a General Foreman to join our Southam-based team. You will lead a section of works, supervise foremen and site operatives, ensure delivery safely, within budget and to programme, and mentor the on-site team.

You will implement EKFB policies, manage crews, coordinate materials, schedule daily activities, and record site inspections while maintaining compliance with SHEQ regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive on-site infrastructure project delivery experience.
• CSCS supervisor card and SMSTS required.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site operatives to deliver works safely and on budget.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment daily.
• Mentor foremen and ensure compliance with method statements.
• Record site inspections and daily production documents.
