Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive on-site experience on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects with supervisory duties.
• CSCS supervisor card and SMSTS qualification required.
• Driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the section safely, within budget and free from non-conformance.
• Schedule, coordinate and supervise works; mentor Foremen/Supervisors across the section.
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions and site briefings; ensure training records are up to date.
• Order equipment, coordinate materials, and drive progress while controlling costs.
• Produce daily site documents (diaries, sheets, requisitions) and supervise operatives.
