Job summary

One Way Resourcing Limited is seeking a Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on utilities/water projects in the Bristol area. You will come from a civil engineering background with hands-on site experience and be responsible for on-site leadership.

You will manage engineers, foremen and staff, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while developing strong relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with on-site experience.
• Experience in water, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks.
• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering and SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• Ability to manage engineers, foremen and site staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineers, foremen and site staff on construction sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel.
• Enforce health and safety and ensure works are completed safely.
