Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property seeks an experienced contract Site Agent to lead major civil engineering packages on a long-term Water framework in Reigate. You will manage site teams, programming and commercial reporting under the Project Manager, ensuring smooth interfaces and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary works, maintain detailed lookahead programmes in Primavera P6, and uphold HSEQ standards while maintaining effective stakeholder

Qualifications

SMSTS certification required for site management.
TWC qualification essential for on-site coordination.
CSCS Card (Black Manager Card preferred).
Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large civil infrastructure packages from inception to handover.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces and subcontractors.
Develop and monitor 4-week lookahead programmes in Primavera P6.
Maintain commercial reporting and identify project delays.
Ensure HSEQ compliance and safe systems of work (SSOW, RAMS, ITPs).
Act as Temporary Works Coordinator on-site.
