Job summary

One Way Resourcing Limited is seeking a Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on utilities/water projects in the Bristol area. You will come from a civil engineering background with hands-on site experience and be responsible for on-site leadership.

You will manage engineers, foremen and staff, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while developing strong relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with on-site experience.
• Experience in water, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks.
• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering and SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• Ability to manage engineers, foremen and site staff.

Responsibilities

Job description

Site Agent required to join leading civil engineering contractor on utilities / water projects in the Bristol area. The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in water, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing engineers, foreman and staff on site, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely
