Job summary

Euro Garages in Budbrooke is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team. You’ll help ensure beverages and food are prepared to brand standards, deliver friendly service, and manage shifts in the Store Manager’s absence.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, with hospitality or retail background. You’ll train colleagues, supervise daily operations, and maintain store standards while upholding health and safety.

• Keep the store inviting, well-presented, and clean at all times.
• Lead by example and support the Store Manager during busy periods.
• Prepare beverages and food to brand standards with consistency.
