Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the M&E shift team, ensure delivery of routine maintenance and reactive works to defined SLAs, and act as the point of contact for technical service delivery. The role requires a trade qualification, strong supervisory experience, and HSE knowledge.

You will manage workload, conduct toolbox talks, and uphold CBRE GWS health and safety standards while coordinating with contractors and management to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds or equivalent trade qualification.
• Extensive maintenance experience in building services.
• Supervisory experience and HSE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage holiday and sickness cover and HR issues including appraisals.
• Plan workload on shift and ensure PMs/CMs meet SLAs.
• Act as contact for technical service delivery.
• Maintain safety and compliance with CBRE GWS procedures.
• Lead shift training and handover communications.
