WCI is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to lead our service team, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. The role combines office-based support from the Wiveliscombe site with field inspections, maintenance, and commissioning across sewage treatment plants and water pumping systems.

You will diagnose faults, provide costed recommendations, produce RAMS, and coach junior engineers while maintaining safety and compliance. UK-wide travel and on-call duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical background in sewage treatment and pumping systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults at system level and explain findings clearly to customers and engineers.
• Experience with fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance and commissioning of pumping and treatment systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and advice to customers and engineers on site and by phone.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance and commissioning on sewage treatment and water pumping systems.
• Produce RAMS and order sheets and train junior engineers.
• Help develop technical documentation and service procedures.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call rota duties.
