WCI Group is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead our service team from our Wiveliscombe office and on-site locations. You will support engineers by phone, diagnose faults, and quote follow-on work across sewage treatment, pump stations and rainwater harvesting systems.

You’ll train junior engineers, develop technical documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Expect UK travel, on-call duties, and a strong mechanical/electrical background.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ mechanical and electrical experience.
• Knowledge of package sewage treatment plants, pump stations and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Experience diagnosing faults and pricing quotes for service work.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word) and reporting.
• Full, clean driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and advice to customers and engineers on site.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance and commissioning on sewage and pumping systems.
• Produce RAMS and order sheets.
• Train and coach trainees and service engineers to uphold quality standards.
• Build customer relationships and promote services.
