WCI Group is recruiting for Field Service Engineers to join our team from our head office in Wiveliscombe, Somerset, with field jobs covering the South West. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, commissioning and refurbishment of sewage and water‑related systems, working directly with customers on-site to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

This is not a desk based role. You will install, maintain and fault‑find on pumping stations and sewage treatment systems, perform

• Experience in a Service Engineer role for water/wastewater is preferred.
• Valid UK driving license is essential.
• CSCS card or confined space training is advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations; training can be provided.
• Live within ~45 minutes of Wiveliscombe or be willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain and fault‑find on sewage treatment systems and pump stations.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance and commissioning.
• Carry out basic electrical diagnostics and fault finding.
• Conduct system checks, field tests, smoke testing and sampling.
• Provide clear updates to clients and complete documentation to a high standard.
• Travel across the Southwest with occasional overnight stays.
• Work on pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, septic tanks and related equipment.
