Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer for a care home in the UK. You will lead a team of care staff, provide training and supervision, and delegate duties on shift to ensure high standards of person-centred care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience in a residential care setting.
• Proven team leadership and decision-making abilities.
