Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking an exceptional SENDCo to join Hindhead Campus on a full-time, permanent basis. The role requires strategic leadership of SEND provision and a commitment to high standards of care, learning, and achievement for all students.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with autism and related needs, be a proven school leader, and hold QTS with NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification. You will shape interventions and collaborate across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with autism, social communication needs, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
• Experience designing highly personalised or adapted curricula for varied needs.
• Hold QTS with at least three years' experience and NASENCO or NPQSENCO qualification.
• Strong track record leading and line-managing teaching assistants and driving professional growth.
• Observation of lessons with ability to advise on SEND provision and classroom practice.
• Experience with Access Arrangements, assessment processes, evidence gathering and liaison with external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision in the campus with a clear strategic vision.
• Line-manage and develop teaching assistants to improve practice.
• Collaborate with staff to design bespoke curricula for students with additional needs.
• Oversee assessment arrangements and liaise with external specialists.
