Senploy is assisting in Princes Risborough to recruit an experienced SENCO for a specialist SEMH secondary school. The role leads the school's SEND provision, oversees EHCPs and annual reviews, and works with teachers to tailor support.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH.
• Ability to lead and coordinate SEND provision.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
