Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen at a school site near TW12. You’ll manage a catering team, plan menus, and ensure smooth service during 7am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 42 weeks per year.

The role combines hands-on cooking with leadership, focusing on fresh, seasonal meals, food safety, and compliance while delivering excellent student dining experiences and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a kitchen in schools or high-volume catering.
• Experience cooking fresh, seasonal meals at scale.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities
