Impact Food Group, Humberston Academy, Grimsby, is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to run a high-volume school kitchen. You will lead a catering team, plan menus, manage stock and budgets, and ensure top hygiene and safety standards.

The role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri), term-time weeks with holidays, and opportunities for training and progression. You will be pivotal in delivering nutritious meals to students while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering environments.
• Proven ability to cook fresh, seasonal food at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and pride in maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities
