Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef Manager for a high-volume school kitchen near the TN10 area. You will lead a busy team, ensure service excellence, and deliver fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students each day.

You will plan menus, manage stock and budgets, uphold food hygiene and safety standards, and build strong relationships with onsite clients and stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a catering team in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to plan menus and control stock/budgets.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and pride in high standards.
