Job summary

St Bartholomew's School is seeking a full-time Senior Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance and operation of essential building services, including plumbing, BMS, intruder and fire protection systems. The role requires leadership of the Site team in the Estates Manager's absence and responsibility for site security, opening and closing procedures, and liaising with external contractors.

• Experience in facilities or site management.
• Knowledge of building services (plumbing, BMS, intruder and fire protection).
• Ability to lead a small site team and liaise with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operation of building services to ensure safety and functionality.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Site team in the absence of the Estates Manager and manage priorities for maintenance and operations.
• Oversee secure opening/closing of the school and overall site security; work with contractors to meet health and safety standards.
