Job summary

South Shore Academy in Blackpool is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the premises team. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, permanent, all year round, with some evenings and occasional weekend work.

You will contribute to health and safety, compliance, grounds, asbestos, and contractor management to maintain a safe learning environment. Under the Senior Site Supervisor, you will liaise with academy staff and the wider Trust, applying facilities management knowledge to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and health and safety related compliance.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to day-to-day estate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety (including estates related safeguarding matters), compliance, grounds, asbestos and contractors.
• Interface with colleagues within the Academy and wider Trust.
• Support the operation of the estate within the academy.
