Trident Group in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Rough Sleepers Outreach Worker to join an award-winning outreach team. You will provide housing solutions, support, and pathways away from rough sleeping, working directly with individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk in Birmingham.

This dynamic role requires a proactive, compassionate approach, collaboration with statutory and voluntary partners, and a commitment to reducing homelessness. Interviews are scheduled for 16 and 17 November 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct street outreach across Birmingham to identify and engage with people rough sleeping.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and partner agencies.
• Assess needs and support individuals to access housing, health, and support services.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records.
• Work flexibly across multiple locations and shift patterns.
• Support service delivery during SWEP and rough sleeper counts.
• Promote person-centred approaches for sustainable outcomes.
