Turning Point UK is recruiting a Rough Sleepers Recovery Worker for our Leicestershire & Rutland service. You will conduct street-based outreach, run drop-ins and sessions in hostels and day centres, and support about 25 individuals who are sleeping rough or at risk into treatment.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a rota, with a brand-new team and experienced supervision to help you progress within health and social care.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of substance use and homelessness helpful.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Run street-based outreach to engage rough sleepers into treatment.
• Deliver drop-ins and structured sessions in hostels and day centres.
• Maintain a caseload of around 25 individuals and support progression into treatment.
