Mallory Pryce is seeking a client‑focused residential property solicitor to join our team in managing a varied caseload and acting as the lead fee earner on transactions from instruction through to post‑completion.

The successful candidate will provide pragmatic and commercially aware advice to private clients, lenders and other stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of service and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven post-qualification experience in residential property/conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and attention to detail when preparing contracts and notices.

Responsibilities

• Lead fee earner on a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction to post‑completion.
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to private clients, lenders and third parties.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfers, leases and mortgages using precedents.
• Ensure compliance with AML, client identification and data protection standards.
