Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field with research focus.
• 8+ years of R&D leadership experience in renewable energy technologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D of advanced renewable energy systems (solar, wind, storage).
• Design, prototype, and test new components and integrated systems.
• Analyze energy system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage research projects from conception to delivery within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
