You will guide grid reliability through advanced studies, develop models, and assess new generation impacts. Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in power system analysis, modeling, and simulation.
Expert proficiency in power system analysis software (PSS/E, PowerFactory, DIgSILENT, ETAP).
Strong understanding of grid codes, regulatory frameworks, and power market operations.
Ability to perform complex dynamic simulations and interpret results.

Responsibilities

Conduct power system studies including load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and voltage stability analysis.
Develop and validate sophisticated power system models using industry-standard software.
Analyze impact of new generation sources and network upgrades on grid performance.
Assess system reliability and security, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to engineering teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to planning criteria, operating procedures, and grid interconnection standards.
