Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in installation and maintenance engineering with a lead role.
- Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proven ability to manage projects, resources and teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant engineering degree or professional certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site installation projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues with complex machinery and systems.
- Mentor junior technicians and installation crews.
