Placements24 seeks a skilled Remote Electrical Systems Specialist to contribute to innovative projects from anywhere in South Africa. You will design, analyse, and optimise complex electrical systems to meet high standards for performance, reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical systems design and engineering.
Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools (PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink).

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust electrical systems for diverse applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Conduct in-depth electrical system analysis, including power quality, fault current, and reliability assessments.
Develop detailed technical specifications, schematics, and BOM for system components.
Collaborate effectively with remote hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams.
Provide expert technical support and guidance on electrical system design and troubleshooting.
