NAZARETH CARE CHARITABLE TRUST is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care home team. You will uphold the National Standards and NMC Code of Practice, ensure clear records, and supervise care delivery with strong governance and person-centred planning.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience with person-centred care planning in a care home.
• Strong record keeping and communication practices.
