Job summary

Mariposa & Papillon Care invites a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN to join Briardene Nursing Home in Newcastle. You will lead the care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing for our residents in a supportive environment.

The role is a day contract at an hourly rate of £22.79, with opportunities for professional development, a private health scheme, and recognition rewards as you progress within our team.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN and current nursing registration.
• Experience in elderly care, preferably in a care home.
• Natural leader with a caring workplace ethos.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing.
• Provide nursing interventions and monitor residents' health.
• Report to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead on key matters.
• Promote a supportive, collaborative team environment.
