Job summary

Briardene Nursing Home in Newcastle is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team on a day shift. You will lead the care team to deliver person-centred nursing care, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of support and clinical interventions as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading by example- You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.

Person-centred care- Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.

Excellent nursing care- providing nursing care and interventions where needed.

Team leadership- Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.

Be a role model- Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.

Reporting- You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.

A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
