Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for Briardene Nursing Home in Newcastle. You will lead the care team, deliver person-centred nursing care, and ensure high standards for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by proactively managing the care team to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
• Provide person-centred care that prioritises residents' needs.
• Deliver excellent nursing care and necessary interventions.
• Motivate and support the team to ensure smooth operation of the home.
• Act as a role model for clinical and care team members, striving for excellence.
• Report to Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead on important matters.
