Job summary

Mariposa Care Group in Leeds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN to join St Lukes care home. You will lead by example, deliver person-centred nursing care, and support a caring team to maintain the highest standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in elderly care or care home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage the care team to deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Provide person-centred nursing care and interventions as needed.
• Motivate and support the team to ensure smooth home operations.
• Be a role model for clinical and care staff and strive for excellence.
• Prepare reports and communicate with Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead as required.
