Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Registered Manager to supervise our Bath team, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead across Bath and North Somerset, overseeing all day-to-day operations and care delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing learning disability services or equivalent.
Strong understanding of CQC fundamental standards and compliance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bath Registered Office and local offices.
Lead services to ensure person-centred, inclusive care that promotes independence.
Support staff to deliver high-quality, safe care in line with Care and Support Plans.
Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across services.
