Job summary

Southdown is seeking a Service Manager (Registered Manager) for Nyetimber Lodge in West Sussex, overseeing a supported living service for six adults with learning disabilities. You'll be supported by a team of 15 permanent staff, Deputy Manager and Senior Support Worker, with high support hours and a strong leadership structure.

As Registered Manager, you’ll drive quality, ensure CQC registration, lead recruitment and rota planning, and participate in the on-call rota with an on-call allowance

Qualifications

• CQC registration for the service and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership and development of the support team.
• Creating an environment where clients and colleagues thrive with families and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead to deliver exceptional, person-centred support within a culture of dignity, respect and inclusion.
• Oversee rota planning, recruitment, workforce development and service performance.
• Participate in on-call rota and provide management advice by telephone as required.
