Agincare Weymouth in London is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the Widmore Road Learning Disability respite service. You will shape the service, drive excellence, and empower your team to deliver person-centred care that is safe, effective and responsive to the people we support.

Working with the London Locality Manager, you will oversee CQC registration, lead with compassion, manage safeguarding, incidents and complaints, and continuously improve service performance while

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care is highly desirable.
• Experience in respite services, preferably learning disability.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and registration.

• Deliver outstanding care promoting independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Drive quality and compliance by overseeing CQC registration and regulatory requirements.
