Southdown is seeking a Service Manager (Registered Manager) for Nyetimber Lodge in West Sussex. You will lead a supported living service for six adults with learning disabilities, supported by a team of 15 staff and an experienced Deputy Manager.

The role offers a permanent contract, CQC-aligned leadership, and opportunities to drive quality, improve practice and create a positive culture within a not-for-profit provider.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager or deputy manager in learning disabilities.
• Lead a service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Knowledge of CQC registration and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the service to deliver person-centred care.
• Oversee rota planning, recruitment, and staff development.
• Monitor service performance and outcomes, maintaining high standards of care.
• Engage with families, professionals and stakeholders to support clients.
• Participate in on-call rota with a defined pay-per-shift allowance.
