Job summary

Advance Housing and Support Ltd in Gosport, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Registered Support Manager to lead a Complex Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

You will manage a team of Support Workers, drive high quality, person-centred care, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and build collaborative relationships with families and professionals while promoting independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing services supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confident leading teams in complex environments.
• Experienced within a CQC-regulated service.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered.
• Drive compliance, safeguarding, and service improvement.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.
• Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
