Leaders in Care is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 12-bed residential service in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, compliant and person-centred care within a Good CQC-rated setting.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day running of the service.
• Lead by example, develop the team and ensure consistently high‑quality, person-centred care.
• Work closely with senior leadership with autonomy to lead the service, drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.
