Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 12-bed adult social care service in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care and oversee safety, compliance and service performance.
This role requires strong leadership, a track record in learning disabilities and autism, and the ability to develop teams, manage plans and ensure excellent CQC standards. Salary up to 46k DOE, 37.5 hours, generous leave, and ongoing development.
Competenze
- Experience as a Registered Manager or similar in adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver person-centred care.
Mansioni
- Lead a 12-bed adult service with responsibility for quality and safety.
- Drive person-centred care and robust care planning.
- Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met.
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, induction and appraisals.
