Job summary

Compass Community Limited is seeking a Registered Manager for a 4-bedded Learning Disabilities home in England. The role leads a skilled team and delivers child-centred care, ensuring safety, consistency and progress for four young people aged 8 to 17 with Autism and Global Developmental Delay.

You will work with educational and therapeutic services to provide holistic support, with a salary of £51,731-£59,606, up to £16,000 in bonuses and a £5,000 relocation package for those relocating.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential care of children.
• At least 2 years supervising and managing staff.
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
• Recent Ofsted inspection rating of Good or Outstanding.
