Kingsway Care, based in Brighton, Hove and Worthing, seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a busy domiciliary service with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will ensure person-centred care and regulatory compliance across the service, guiding teams and maintaining Kingsway Care's values.

Competenze

• Experience as Registered Manager within adult social care with domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulation and governance.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the care service.
• Ensure the service meets CQC regulatory and quality standards.
• Lead and support CareGiver and Office Teams.
• Monitor care quality, safeguarding and compliance.
• Review care plans to keep care person-centred and responsive.
• Support recruitment, induction and staff development.
• Work closely with clients, families and professionals.
