The role requires knowledge of CQC standards, budget oversight, and strategic marketing to keep the home full. Strong communication with residents and families is essential.

Formación

• Experience leading a nursing/residential home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
• Proven budget management and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building.
• Preference for NMC registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness and empathy.
• Ensure the home meets regulatory requirements, including CQC, and maintain high standards of care and support.
• Manage the home’s budget and financial targets.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
