Job summary

Mindsearch is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-established care service in Brighton. You will take ownership of overall performance, culture, and regulatory compliance, with support from a senior team. The role emphasizes personalized care plans, staff development, and strong safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

Experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
Strong understanding of the regulatory framework.
Ability to lead a busy residential care service.

Responsibilities

Set the tone for the team through coaching, supervision and staff development.
Own CQC compliance end-to-end and drive towards Good/Outstanding ratings.
Ensure care/support plans are personalized and not templated.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, supervisions and appraisals.
Run audit and quality assurance with clear reporting to senior management.
Serve as the main point of contact for families and external professionals.
Embed safeguarding culture and encourage staff to raise concerns.
