Bluebird Care Worthing is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service, driving growth and maintaining high standards of care. You will work with the Director and leadership team to expand referrals and customer base, while ensuring quality and compliance across all operations.

You will be responsible for shaping the local growth plan, managing staffing, and building strong relationships with customers and professionals.

Competenze

• Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Proven track record of growing a care service and achieving growth.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards.
