Experience leading safety culture in large-scale rail projects.
Delivery of complex rail infrastructure with P&L accountability.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and supply chains.
Strong leadership and communication across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Serve as safety leader and set delivery standards aligned with Siemens and HS2 expectations.
Provide leadership, strategic direction and motivation to deliver on time, to budget and to quality.
Take full P&L and delivery responsibility; develop strategies to achieve business results.
Ensure delivery team and supply chain are fit for purpose and continually improve wellbeing and capability.
Share best practices and align resources, supply chain, and tech to meet long-duration project demands.
Build stakeholder relationships and manage interfaces with internal/external partners.
