WSP is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer - E&P - Fixed Plant to lead and support the Rail Engineering Services team across UK and international projects. You will drive Fixed Plant design delivery, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to meet time and budget targets.

The role requires Chartered or working towards Chartered status, strong problem-solving skills, and experience across lifecycle phases from feasibility to construction.

Qualificações

• Experience in Fixed Plant across multiple projects and lifecycle stages.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to internal disciplines and clients.
• Chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant Institution and mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Fixed Plant aspects within multi-disciplinary teams for rail projects.
• Coordinate development of Fixed Plant designs through all design stages.
• Provide technical advice to internal teams and clients.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Potential to undertake CRE roles per NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Mentor Early Career Professionals.
