WSP seeks an Engineer/Senior Engineer - E&P - Fixed Plant to lead and support rail projects across the UK and internationally, delivering on time and within budget.

You will mentor Early Career Professionals, manage multiple workstreams, and provide technical advice within the Fixed Plant team of the Electrification and Plant Service Line. Our hybrid model offers workplace flexibility and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple railway fixed-plant projects.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle from feasibility to construction.
• Chartered engineer or working towards chartership.

Responsabilités

• Lead Fixed Plant aspects within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee development of Fixed Plant designs across design stages.
• Provide technical advice to internal and client teams.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Potential CRE roles in accordance with NR/L2/INI/02009.
• Mentor Early Career Professionals.
