Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer – E&P – Fixed Plant to lead and deliver rail engineering projects across the UK and internationally. You will drive Fixed Plant design integration, coordinate across lifecycle stages, and provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

The role offers mentoring opportunities for Early Career Professionals, CRE exposure where required, and a path to chartership as part of our commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of Fixed Plant design for rail projects.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex deliverables.
• Mentor and support early career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Plant aspects within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate development of Fixed Plant designs across lifecycle stages.
• Provide technical advice to internal disciplines and clients.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Possibly undertake CRE roles as required and mentor staff.
