Job summary

Kier Group in the West region seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the IMRDS Reactive Repair and Maintenance portfolio for Anglian Water. You will be accountable for commercial performance, governance and team leadership, working with operational colleagues and clients to protect contractual position and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level quantity surveying role requiring management of a commercial team and NEC contract experience.
• Strong forecasting, cash management and final account capability.
• Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the commercial team, setting priorities and standards.
• Review and assure outputs including CVRs, forecasts, applications and cash reporting.
• Manage NEC3 contracts, compensation events and change processes to protect entitlements.
• Lead recovery strategies for under-certified value and resolve issues through dialogue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with Anglian Water and provide commercial advice.
