Kier Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for the Southern Water Framework, based in Falmer with hybrid working. The post involves delivering commercial leadership, managing cash flow, and ensuring governance compliance across a large water sector programme.

You will mentor the commercial team, report on cost and value, and support procurement strategies within a regulated utility context. A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires senior commercial experience within a Tier 1 main contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract and current Construction Law.
• Experience in procurement, subcontractor management, and reporting.
• Excellent time management and mentoring skills; full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial support to project teams and maintain commercial information.
• Manage and develop the commercial team and ensure governance compliance.
• Maximise cash flow through cost control, measurement, and invoicing.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and manage stakeholder engagement.
