Job summary

Kier Group plc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the IMRDS Mainlaying commercial team. You will own commercial governance, drive margin improvement and manage relationships with Anglian Water to protect entitlement and support delivery.

You will develop the team, review CVRs, forecasts and cost-to-complete submissions, and apply NEC3 ECC and PSC contracts with strong stakeholder management. Experience at Managing Quantity Surveyor level is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a commercial team within complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to forecast, manage cash, and cost-to-complete submissions.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the commercial team, setting responsibilities and standards.
• Reviewing and assuring CVRs, forecasts, applications, cash reporting and cost-to-complete submissions.
• Overseeing NEC3 ECC and PSC contract application, compensation events, and change registers.
